Updated: Mar 1
Our Earth Elixirs are so special, we love them! In a world where its hard to know whether we are getting the right amount and abundance of nutrients in our diet. We have carefully crafted nine unique powders to just about cover anything you feel or know you might be missing. But how do they work and how do you use them?
Plant Powdered Nutrition:
Nature has gifted us with an abundance of plants which are packed full of vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients and amino acids which can sustain and nurture our busy lifestyles.
Consumption of a variety of food groups has been on an ever decreasing decline due to the consumerism market and the big supermarket chains.
The barks, flowers, roots and leaves that have made up a part of our ancestors food groups and medicinal cabinets has become scarce but not forgotten! We are reinvigorating the use of these natural healers back into the daily diets.
In powdered form we allow the synergistic whole compound of the plant to become a part of the meal, combining easily just like any common spice mix. We also additionally benefit from the fibre, which is always helpful to keep the good things moving :)
How to use your Earth Elixirs:
Depending on how much you use and what you're adding your powder into, you may or may not taste it at all. Sometimes you can experience a flavour you never have before! This is the beauty of using these unique blends, your giving your body and your taste buds something new.
All Earth Elixirs can be cooked and baked with exemption of Synergy. With heat, you will lose any vitamin c present in the blend so we do recommend avoiding too much heat as much as possible. Try adding in at the end of the cooking process or using in raw recipes.
